Return Policy

Overview

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to send us the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@locolegostore.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The minimum order value is of 15€ (not shipping price included), if you make a purchase under that quantity, you will be refunded from the products and shipping costs. If you want to, you will have to make the purchase again. If you try for second time purchasing under 15€, you will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT! There will not be any type of insurance/refund and we are not going to be responsable for any steal, lost or damage for those orders delivered with the Correos Economy Shipping method, which does not have any way of tracking. The Correos Priority Shipping, as the shipment does not require a signature on the reception, it does not have any warranty in the event of loss or damage neither.

Missing products

If your order came with missing or wrong items, contact us and send your order number. If we aprove your refund, you will have two options to choose. If we still have the item in stock, you will be able telling us to send the product back to you. In this situation, the Economy Shipping method would be the chosen one. If you want any other mailing method, you would have to pay further shipping costs. The second option would be the refund of the missing items from your order.

Undelivered or Refused Orders
It is the customers responsibility to provide us correct and accurate shipping details, as could be the address, ID card and contact number. If an order is returned to us, you may be charged further shipping costs if the item was refused or unable to be delivered and you are waiting it to be re-shipped. No refund option is available in this situation.
Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged at the moment of opening the envelope, that’s why we strongly recommend opening by hand and not using any type of sharp object like a cutter or scissors.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the envelope was not finally received for loss or any type of misfortune, sadly we can not make a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, it might take few weeks for the package to arrive. If you are shipping an item over 50€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
