We ship from Monday through Friday but not always on every one of those days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from these days, so make sure this is taken into consideration before your purchase. If something is time-sensitive please reach out to info@locolegostore.com so we can attempt to prioritize it. 

After receiving your order and its payment, the items will be shipped as quickly as possible. You will be notified when your order gets prepared and you will receive relevant tracking information if chosen. Depending on the shipping method you selected, you will have different options available:

Correos International Shippings:

After processing your order, we will create your tracking number consisting of the following formats:

You will have updates on your shipment every time your order gets closer. Depending on the shipping method you choose, you will be provided with more or less tracking updates.

Tracking ability is not always guaranteed with Correos International Shipping method and is through the use of Correos postal service, not our own. Some may have partial tracking. This meaning that after the package leaves Spain, there will not be tracking updates even after the package has arrived to the destination. This will not happen with other types of delivery such as Correos Tracked Priority Shipping.

 

NOTE: we are not responsible for customs, local taxes, or import duties on international shipments outside the EU. We also cannot change the value of the package from the price that was actually paid.
